Good News: Jesus is the Messiah

The Messiah that the disciples expected was an anointed political leader who would overthrow the Roman rulers, re-establish the Jewish kingdom, and exalt the Jews and their religion in the eyes of the world.

The following presentation provides a short overview of the Biblical history of Israel, the messages of the prophets, the actions of the disciples that illustrated their misunderstanding of the Messiah, and finally, the realization of the disciples after Pentecost that Jesus truly was the Biblical Messiah.
