Our Freedom in Christ - Part 1

Freedom in Christ frees us from religious practices unrelated to salvation

Galatians 5:1 Christ having made us gloriously free—stand fast and do not again be hampered with the yoke of slavery.

The Old Covenant ended with the death of Jesus on the cross. The curtain that separated the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies was torn. This allowed the people to approach God, and allowined God to reconcile with the people.

The New Covenant was described in prophesies in the Old Testament as well as by Jesus. The New Covenant fully began at Pentecost with the coming of the Holy Spirit. The New Covenant is the agreement that God is making with an ever increasing number of people.
